Dined for lunch and was very disappointed! Took 20 minutes to get a cocktail even though restaurant was empty. Spinach salad with salmon was not as ordered. Chicken dish was overcooked and sides were not as ordered. Service was ridiculously slow and server described the daily specials so fast, he was asked to repeat it twice as he was very hard to understand. First-time visitors and we will not be back as there are many, many higher quality and service-oriented restaurants in the Valley to choose from.

First time here, and we had an amazing time celebrating my birthday! Elaina was our server, and she was phenomenal. She provided excellent service, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. She truly made our experience memorable. Thank you so much, Elaina! I've been eating at Richardson's since it opened in the late 1980s, and for decades it has been my go-to recommendation for any friends or family who visit Phoenix. The food has always been outstanding, the atmosphere is great, and for brunch, one thing that set Richardson's apart was its Bloody Mary (with beer back). It wasn't just good--it was the best I've ever had. Yesterday, for the first time, I left genuinely disappointed. Richardson's has changed its signature Bloody Mary. Not only has the price increased, but the drink is now served in a tall, skinny glass that holds noticeably less than before. I'll continue to enjoy Richardson's incredible food, but it's sad to see an iconic cocktail that was once a signature experience become just another overpriced drink. I sincerely hope management reconsiders this change and brings back the original Bloody Mary. It was one of the things that made brunch at Richardson's unforgettable.

Had a wonderful time with friends for a birthday dinner. There were 12 of us and the seating was perfect. Miranda was our server and she was so friendly and kept a smile on her face. She did a wonderful job at making sure drinks and food were brought in a timely manner. Food was very good. Must try the Branzino if is on the specials.

Jun 2026 - great food, great service, great atmosphere at this SE side restaurant here in Phoenix. We dined in the cellar which felt very speakeasy vibes. The menu was SW flavorful dishes with wonderful spiced red & green sauces. Our server was fantastic as was the rest of the wait staff that took care of our table. The speakeasy feel was dark and mysterious with a few tables and a great bar. This is place has a local following that I highly recommend when stopping in Phoenix.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the delicious smoky smell. Not overwhelming, just perfect. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was very good. My cocktail (and my SIL’s) was not delicious but I’m not going to change my rating because of it. I would recommend they bring their cocktails up to the standard of the food. Four of us were at dinner and all loved the food. Delicious!
