I like this bar. Great drink prices, really fun art and games , stage for bands, overall super cool! However the service wasn't good at all. The bartender was an older lady with tattoos. I don't know if she's bipolar or what, but sometimes she was in a great mood and nice then suddenly she was like upset? Started making our drinks really weak on purpose.... We were very nice and friendly so I found this behavior very odd. Often times she was over there hanging out...

It was Goth night and I never new about. I'm 57 yrs old and I was up on the stage like I was back home in Chicago Illinois when I was in my 20s and at Medusa's on shetfield and school. Great memories bought back to me. I sure will be back for the next Goth night

The people here on both sides of the bar were very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because of the layout. Kind of funky how you can’t see what’s going on around corners for a dive bar. I also have not been there during live music which I believe they have regularly. It may be good. Several of my local friends frequent Rips.
