Alex was an absolute rock star tonight! She was working the entire store by herself and despite a steady stream of customers (us included) walking in and delivery orders coming in, she kept her cool and delivered great service with a fantastic attitude!

Really impressed with her work ethic and committtment despite clearly less than stellar staffing. Will absolutely be back again and hope Alex is there again! Thank you!!

Would have been nice if they told us they were out of a flavor on DoorDash website before we paid and didn’t Wait 25 minutes for my kids to get there Italian ice and custard just for them to not get it in the order do better

Rita’s is getting harder and harder to find - so glad there is one in the Scottsdale area!! The gelati is a nice mix of custard and Italian ice cream- this one was the mango flavor.
