When getting take out, double check your items. I checked once and noticed I was missing the side of beans. I asked to have Guac and sour cream on the side and those were not included. I assumed they were in the to-go box. I did not think I had to open every container to verify. In addition to that, i only received one salsa for a 4 item order.

Food was AMAZING… probably the best in AZ but it was super hot. There were no signs or waiter letting us know that AC was not working. We most likely would have come at a different time. As good as the food was it was uncomfortable and not an enjoyable. Waiter was attentive and friendly. If temperature was normal then I would not come in the summer.

I am a pickup customer this evening. I started eating at Ritos in the 1980s at 14 st and Garfield. The food generally was spot on and there were times you had to really wait a long time. But it was worth it. Tito himself manned the cash register and he was all business. It appeared the family did branch out and he passed away. Thankfully the food basically remained the same.
