Don't judge a book by its cover. Holy moly this place was delicious! No, its doesn't have a drive through. Trust me, its worth getting out of your car for. Yeah, its pretty small so maybe some of you wont want to eat there, its still worth it. The gentleman taking my order was nice and professional. He was sure to ask what kind of salsa I wanted and also put napkins. The wait was short and the portions were perfect! I will definitely be coming back!
Rolando's has some of the BEST food in Phoenix. Hands down. Thier breakfast burritos, flying saucer, rolled tacos. Everything. The guys who work there are always so friendly and work hard to provide excellent food.

Paid 19$ which isn’t bad because I pay 19 without extra meat 🙃 at other places . Young guy alone in the back when I went and looked like he was doing what he do with ease ! Great job!
