Understaffed probly because they just didn't expect that many people they're not sure. Our waitress was a trooper always on the run and she ended up getting it done. One entree we ordered was never delivered but we still had plenty with what we had ordered. Happy hour is all night long I would definitely go back, an inexpensive option to eating out

Romano's Macaroni Grill has so much to offer. The décor is truly beautiful. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. Our Italian dishes were absolutely delicious. You will not be disappointed!!

Had dinner here with some colleagues during a work meeting in Phoenix. Was a good size group and the staff were great at accommodating us with a table. Food was great, good service on par with other Macaroni Grill's.
