We ordered ordered online at their website. It took 2 hrs for the food to be delivered. The food was cold and disgusting. When we reached out to the restaurant we were hung up on.

Ordered a pizza via a phone order. Went in to pick it up and use a coupon from the Dining Advantage site for 25% off. Employee refused to honor the coupon. He said he cannot enter it as they only have 3 digit codes. He said that it is a fake site (I have used this site and coupons at various restaurants without issue) He first said that it had to be done online, yet it specifically said online orders excluded. I have not been here in years and thought we would try it again, because we had this coupon. Ended up with leaving the pizza. No pizza is worth the almost $40 they were charging. That is one pizza. He wouldn't look at the site, my phone or the coupon as it contradicted what he was saying. Also would not give me the manager or owners name. So if he was one of those people, I do not know. But, it shouldn't be difficult to do a work around for a coupon. If you also get coupons from Dining Advantage, do not buy the Rosati's coupon! They don't back it up.
