This is the best pizza place ever. I don't leave reviews often, but if you like deap dish pizza this is the place. Plus online order was messed up, they made it right with no fight.

I order a pizza a 18 in with pepperoni double sausage and did not get what I was paid for they then told me they will refund my money back this happen 09/03/2925 at 4p and I talk to a manager two time he said he refund my money and I still haven't got my money,I call again and they gave me the run around and I was on hold for 20min and then they told me the manager wasn't this unprofessional and I'm definitely making a report to the Better business bureau about this lousy company never come here and I'm looking at the other reviews smh someone need to step in

So good! Ordered the Windy City and it was very good! The spicy gardenierra added the perfect kick. My husband got a traditional pepperoni pizza and said it was great as well. They had really good deal options. Will be back!

The mango chicken wings were over cooked, dried out and barley had any sauce on them. Lastly, there was a very long black hair on the pizza. Definitely will never order again from this location.

I used to love the Italian beef but this time it was dry and lacked any flavor at all. The mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way. It was hard on the inside and not crisp. Disappointing

The deep dish pizza was perfectly cooked. It was my kids first time eating deep dish and it did not disappoint. We also got a thin crust cheese pizza that was awesome. We just moved to this area and I think we already found our pizza place!

I used to go to the rosatis on bell before it closed never had any issues. This location on union hills is awful. It tastes nothing even close to a true rosatis pizza. I hope corporate does something about this it is an embarrassment to their name. Used to be good 5 years ago not no more.

We ordered a variety of 10 salads for a work luncheon. They were very accommodating and quick. We did pick up but the inside looked clean and the staff member was very friendly.
We were very grateful for their service and will order from again.

This place is absolutely terrible. When they make a mistake, they refuse to own up to it—and worse, they make it nearly impossible to speak to someone about it. No manager’s name, no phone number, no email—just complete stonewalling. I was dumbfounded.

Our order was completely screwed up—burnt food, delivered an hour and a half late, after they had already closed. When I calmly brought it to their attention the next day, I was met with rudeness, blame, and zero accountability. The man I spoke with accused me of just trying to get free food—which is outrageous, considering I paid for a meal that was inedible and extremely late.

Even more unbelievable: when I asked to speak to someone or simply contact management, he refused. Then, he claimed I was “harassing” him and threatened to call the police. Let me be clear—I was not yelling, swearing, or raising my voice. I was simply trying to resolve a legitimate issue.

Looking at other reviews, I now see this is a pattern: ridiculously late food (sometimes up to 2 hours), poor quality, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Calling the police on a customer who calmly voices a concern? That’s not just unprofessional—it’s outrageous.

Do not waste your time or money on this place. The food isn’t worth it, and the way they treat customers is beyond unacceptable.

If you have the same reviews from many different strangers, all stating the same thing.The problem is your business.
