No more trying restaurants from food reviews. I tried the Chicago deep dish pizza and it was a hard no for me. The pizza also had a weird aftertaste.I also got the wings with honey habanero sauce the wings was pretty good.

Ordered food over the phone went in there 25 minutes later to pick it up..I made the payment had a receipt in my hand they told me 5 more minutes it took them another 30 minutes to give me my food and i know it was thirty minutes because the time was on the receipt when i paid and the whole time the food was ready behind the cashier in the food warmer and she was not paying attention because she was on the phone on tiktok or some kind of app while I was waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby and she got offensive when I ask her if that was my food in the food warmer for at least 20 minutes because I saw the Cook put the food in the warmer and I didn't know it was mine... spent $65 dollars on over priced and way over rated food and the nastiest attitude like there the only restaurant in town...I should of listened to the other reviewers and now I know why they are rated in the low 3 star category. One of the worst customer service experiences Ever....Buyer Beware

Rosati’s has quickly become my go-to spot for thin crust pizza. The flavor is always spot on, and the prices feel very fair compared to other pizza places. The staff here are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. My order was ready in about 30–35 minutes, which is much quicker than the 45 minutes to an hour I’ve experienced elsewhere.
On my last visit, I ordered an 18-inch pizza, a 12-inch (free with one of their great deals), and some cheesy bread. All of it was fresh, hot, and satisfying without breaking the bank. I’ve been to a couple of Rosati’s locations now, and I’ve left happy every time. Solid food, good deals, and reliable service, I definitely recommend it.

I ordered a Rosati’s Monster Pizza, one of their specialty pizzas. It was a pickup order—I placed it over a phone call. Nice customer service from the front lady. Picked it up, pizza was piping hot and ready on time. My family loved the pizza. Thin crust was rolled to perfection. Sauce was evenly spread. Toppings were the right amount. Cheese is of the best quality—you can taste it. I saw they have NFL and TVs all around in their dine-in area, and the place was clean. Definitely gonna come back to dine in during football season.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Rosati’s Pizza. First off, it took over an hour to get my food, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was hard, cold, and thrown together like nobody cared. The toppings were all over the place, and it looked like it was rushed or just sloppily made. I’ve had pizza from here before, and it was never this bad. I don’t know what happened, but this time the quality was completely off. For the price I paid and the time I waited, I expected way better. Definitely not ordering from here again

The pizza is very good but I have only had the thin crust. I am not a big deep dish pizza kinda guy. But I will tell you the sauce is good the crust is good and the toppings are all fresh. Not sure why they have a low review because I eat a lot of pizza and wings. It's part of my daily diet and this place is easy a 4.7 to a 4.9 don't let these other reviews fool you the food is amazing. Also the staff was really kind and I will continue to get my pizza from here. I have 5 other pizza places that are rated higher but lack the taste this place has. Try this out leave a review because this place gets slept on I am sure just from some bogus reviews. I am very honest in my reviews and I would absolutely tell you if I was not pleased with the food or the service. Just go look at a few of my reviews and will will see!
