I’ve been eating at Rosati‘s since 71 Chicago first here for the last 20 something years tonight for the first time. I’m so disappointed it is not like it I few weeks ago I take a picture, but I don’t think I could actually post it There is a chunk of cheese in the middle not the cheese. They usually use the edges are burnt, but pepperoni is so thin and crispy that it’s Un edible it actually broke my hear i’m not sure how to do this, but I need to retract almost everything. I said I wasn’t in a very good mood. It was just everything on top of everything. They have given me a new pizza and everything was absolutely wonderful. Just the way I remembered it the service was great. The owner was great. The manager was great. The young lady of the counter was great and the peach was feel like I remembered it from 40 years ago again thank you guys so much actually 30 years ago but a long time thank you anybody listening Rosati is still the best pizza There is

No more trying restaurants from food reviews. I tried the Chicago deep dish pizza and it was a hard no for me. The pizza also had a weird aftertaste.I also got the wings with honey habanero sauce the wings was pretty good.

Ordered food over the phone went in there 25 minutes later to pick it up..I made the payment had a receipt in my hand they told me 5 more minutes it took them another 30 minutes to give me my food and i know it was thirty minutes because the time was on the receipt when i paid and the whole time the food was ready behind the cashier in the food warmer and she was not paying attention because she was on the phone on tiktok or some kind of app while I was waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby and she got offensive when I ask her if that was my food in the food warmer for at least 20 minutes because I saw the Cook put the food in the warmer and I didn't know it was mine... spent $65 dollars on over priced and way over rated food and the nastiest attitude like there the only restaurant in town...I should of listened to the other reviewers and now I know why they are rated in the low 3 star category. One of the worst customer service experiences Ever....Buyer Beware
