Got home and noticed that I didn’t get the dessert I paid for and one of the pizzas I ordered was made wrong so I called the store told the lady answering the phone what happened and her response to me was there’s nothing she could do . I asked for the manager on duty she said he was busy and couldn’t take my call . Call back in 30 min and ask for Daniel it took 3 more tries to get him to respond and mind you it’s SUNDAY afternoon how busy can u be but I’m thinking I’m gonna finaly speak to Daniel and get my pizza remade and get the desert I paid for . I was wrong the lady who answered the phone said that Daniel just wanted me to tell you that that’s was very unfortunate but not every pizza will be perfect and to have a good day.. to say the least I was floored.. I even offered to bring the pizza back it . But that’s fine I’ll never go back again I’m sure I can find a pizza place that take pride in what they make . I give this place 1 STAR for bad customer service . Over priced.. I spent almost $80 for 2 pizza and $8 dessert that I never received . This was the 4th time in 2 months that Ive bought from this place but I’ll take my hard earned money to another place !!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - It's really sad when my kids run in ahead of us and within 1 minute are rudely greeted with "so do you know if you have a take-out order, or what?" when they are just quietly sitting down at the benches to wait for my husband and me. We are from out of town, so we solely ended up here after searching for a pizza place - very disappointed when the lady at the counter just starts rattling off topping options, instead of offering a menu. Then after ordering, my husband asks for a receipt to which she retorts "we don't do receipts when you pay cash; you'll get a receipt of the pizza order attached to your pizza". Finally, the 'joyous' visit ended with my husband jokingly having our children just standing in front of the storefront windows staring in, looking sad and hungry, knowing our pizza was reported to be just a few minutes from being ready. Instead of laughing at their pathetic faces, one lady came out saying "really you're going to make windows dirty after I just had them cleaned?!" Sorry for not having a sense of humor. Definitely not recommending based on their piss-poor attitude and interactions alone! Haven't even been able to eat our pizza yet, and just had to let everyone know our review of their negative, grumpy service staff (and probably the manager too, since she was so put out by our kids silly interactions outside her newly cleaned windows).

Quite a cozy spot. The lady who worked the register was very attentive for our and other tables, and very friendly. For once I didn't get pizza (which is good don't get me wrong), but had pasta and it was good. The menus on the t.v. are the only things bad, they kept changing screens every 3 seconds so I could not see what the fool menu was. Thankfully they had regular menus on the counter and just used those.

One of the worst pizzas for the price people don’t not even know what pizza is, White pizza has Rictotto cheese on it and a 12 inch pizza doesn’t cost $27 charity was given for the day, never ever go back to this place. Sucks!!!! Domino’s have better
I been eating here for seven years all locations are good to me! I’m from Chicago and l don’t never have to eat pizza when a visit back. I have Chicago pizza ? at home!

Great pizza as always, double dough pepperoni is my personal favorite. Staff were very friendly. I get the sense that the dining room area isn't used very much, it's showing its age. But it's still a pleasant experience.Parking: Plenty of parking in the shopping center.

I went to Phoenix for a business trip. We ordered pizza on 08 January 2024 at 8:08pm to be delivered to our hotel that is 5 miles away. I was told it would take about 1 hour for our order. Our order took a little over 2 hours to be delivered to our hotel. I called the store 4 times and my friend called a few times. Our two pizzas arrived cold. We will never order or recommend this place to anyone.
