Joshua waited on us and we had the best experience. He is so friendly and helpful and that's rare. He is a treasure. The food was great too. My coworker hadn't been here before and she's looking forward to coming back. She had the loaded nachos with chicken and I had fish tacos!

Live in a state cursed with no Rubios so when I was flying to AZ I knew I had to make it my first stop. Came here from the airport and Joshua greeted us by opening the door for us, taking our order and I already knew the trip was worth it before the food arrived. Went loco to today and got the shrimp and bacon burrito with guac and pico on the side cause you see I’m not a cold ingredient inside my burrito kinda guy. I tried the elote bowl which was phenomenal.
The staff was friendly and working very hard during the lunch rush, especially the woman bussing the tables. Love Rubio’s for a workday

Where do I begin. An absolute shitshow beside the cashier. I never got my double mahi, despite the cashier asking the cook twice who told him "he got it" furthermore she was rude to him the entire time and deserves to lose her job. My "double mahi" was chicken that I paid for. Never fear a better business bureau plus credit dispute is to follow. Don't eat here as long as this cook tonight is there
