I usually get takeout from here because the gyros are generally really good, and it’s not far from the house. Took my mom out for dinner and to my dismay she had never eaten a gyro!!! We ate at the restaurant because I assumed that would be the pinnacle of gyro freshness and flavor. Womp womp… service was bad, food was mediocre in comparison to other times… what happened?
Delightful little hole in the wall with fantastic food and service. The lamb was tender, the grilled vegetables were perfectly charred, and the pickled veggies were wonderfully spiced.
They had some kind of cheese that that lit on fire at the table. It may have been the best cheese I've ever had. It was salty, a little sour, and like a mild cheddar mixed with Swiss. But yeah, great gyros, greek fries, tons of vegetarian options. I prefer the grilled gyro meat over steamed.
