Based on the reviews, Five Guys is a very clean and nice location with friendly and courteous staff. The young lady working immediately came out to adjust an umbrella. The burgers are fresh, customized to liking, and absolutely delicious, with the Double Bacon Cheeseburger being a highlight. The fries are always fresh and tasty, and the large size gets a third of a bag. There are two Coca Cola Freestyle Machines with custom mixes. However, the quality of the food has been hit or miss, with some customers experiencing soggy buns or overcooked fries, though one visit had the best burgers and fries ever tasted. Staff are always really friendly, though sometimes customers have to remind them about shakes. One issue was that a customer was not asked if they wanted to make the order a combo, and they were not allowed to get the fries and drink for the $6 price of adding them to the meal.
