Just revisited Saigon Bistro (4747 E Bell Rd Ste 19, Phoenix, AZ) this afternoon for a quick lunch — turns out it’s now part of the Hello Pho lineup!This time, my pho came in a nice white porcelain bowl instead of the usual black plastic to-go one — already a great sign. Eggrolls and spring rolls were fine. The Banh Xeo was raw, greasy, and so wet it fell apart and you couldn't pick it up. I mentioned to the staff and they said it was steamed by a different cook the other cook makes it crispy. The batter was too thick and it was raw and the lettuce was also very old and wilted.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Saigon Bistro! The restaurant has a warm, cozy atmosphere with clean and stylish decor that makes you feel instantly comfortable. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal, whether you’re dining alone or with friends.

I ordered the dry egg noodles with seafood, and it was fantastic. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a great texture, and the seafood — including shrimp, squid, and fish cake — was fresh and flavorful....
