SanTan Brewery & Pub (PHX Airport)

GM Alyssa was bartending. She was friendly and on it, the chipotle burger was incredible, the ale was amazing, and the rye was even better. Easily the best airport experience of my life. Also way up there at the top of my life’s brewery meal experiences and I’ve had a lot.

In and out, fast, but better! Power plus across the whole bar! Service was epic and friendly. Easy stop pre-flight, and the staff does great at moving fast so you’re not needing to run to your gate.

I was delighted that they have a vegan burger on their menu. It’s a 6 oz Beyond Burger with vegan mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, red onion.

Brewpub Burgers are served a side of battered fries or a small pub salad.

There was a bit of wait for the burger but it was moist and delicious. Simple but so good! The fries are crispy, just the way I like them!

I had the lemonade from the soda bar which is unlimited refill.

Ordered for takeout at the QR code right outside and tipped well. The staff wouldn’t let us sit at the empty counters where the ordering QR codes are to wait for our food. We were told we had to stand outside the restaurant.

While at sky harbor airport we had a delayed flight. Crystal was our server and she made our night she was so kind and attentive. She went above and beyond! Very friendly and personable, made sure she put an order of wings to the kitchen even though the kitchen was closing soon and even gave us complimentary fry’s while we waited for our food to be done. Zero complaints best wait service I’ve experienced. Amazing service thanks to crystal and hope to see her again next time we are here!

A couple of colleagues and I decided to grab lunch here before our flight. We had been working at a trade show all week and were excited to get home. The server didn’t come out right away, so we tried ordering from the site they provided a link to. The site took a while to process, then errored out as soon as the server showed up at our table. We made our order and then informed our server our plane would be boarding shortly. She snapped at us, telling us the food was made to order and it takes the same amount of time no matter if our plane is boarding or not and walked away as I started to ask if we could get the meals to go. We had ordered beers and she took her time delivering those as well as the chips and salsa we ordered. I asked her to please bring us the check since we need to leave soon. Nope, she didn’t want to bring us the check because what if the food is not made in time?! Not our finest dining experience. If you have a flight less than an hour from boarding, do not eat here. It will save some stress avoiding this place.

The perfect place to enjoy good food, great price, and refresh with the variety of lagers! Thanks Chris for your great service, fast and hard work around all the tables and always maintain the eye contact, asking how was everything and givving attention to everyone on your area. You make the diference, run all this and deserve 10 stars!

The female waitress who was short and dark haired was super rude and mocked me when I asked why she was staring at me like she had a demon inside her. I think her name was Joyce. They don’t allow your child to bring in food from other airport restaurants so just keep that in mind

So, I was in a bit of a rush and decided to order some sandwiches for takeout. What was really convenient was that I could actually wait for them at the counter while having a beer – definitely a plus when you're trying to squeeze in a quick bite.

I was impressed that my order was ready in about ten minutes, which made it super easy to grab and head straight to boarding, no time wasted.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. One particular employee was incredibly kind. Instead of making me fumble with a QR code to place my order, she actually spoke my order directly to the person behind the counter. That level of personal service was truly amazing and made the whole process so much smoother.

Now, a word to the wise: that orange chipotle dressing? It's not for the faint of heart. Definitely packs a punch, so if you're not a spice aficionado, you might want to steer clear or at least try a little on the side first.

Overall, though, a really efficient and pleasant experience, especially thanks to the thoughtful staff.

Christal was our server! And she was amazing. The entire staff tonight was so kind.
We have a late night red eye and needed to stop for a quiet bite before our flight. The food at Santan is always great and my husband loves the beers here but on our next flight I will come back because of servers like Christal. She went above and beyond and made my heart so happy. Christal reminded me that there are still genuinely kind people. She was on it throughout our whole experience, had a smile on her face the entire time and chatted with us long enough for us to enjoy her bubbly fun personality. Christal you rock, you’re amazing, please don’t ever change. 🤍

Christal was our server, and she went above ane beyond to make our experience enjoyable. From her attention to detail to her upbeat and charismatic attitude. It's nice to see there at still good people in this world. We will be back before we fly just for her.

After sent back food because it tasted like burnt grease... got pretzel with cheese and a added hair in the cheese. Then after server avoided us. Food is poor and service is poor!

A great spot to relax before my flight. Justin and Alexis were amazing. Friend and attentive. The beer was perfect and the salad amazing. I appreciated the quality service from start to finish.
