SanTan Brewery & Pub (PHX Airport)

Christal was our server! And she was amazing. The entire staff tonight was so kind.
We have a late night red eye and needed to stop for a quiet bite before our flight. The food at Santan is always great and my husband loves the beers here but on our next flight I will come back because of servers like Christal. She went above and beyond and made my heart so happy. Christal reminded me that there are still genuinely kind people. She was on it throughout our whole experience, had a smile on her face the entire time and chatted with us long enough for us to enjoy her bubbly fun personality. Christal you rock, you’re amazing, please don’t ever change. 🤍

Christal was our server, and she went above ane beyond to make our experience enjoyable. From her attention to detail to her upbeat and charismatic attitude. It's nice to see there at still good people in this world. We will be back before we fly just for her.

After sent back food because it tasted like burnt grease... got pretzel with cheese and a added hair in the cheese. Then after server avoided us. Food is poor and service is poor!

A great spot to relax before my flight. Justin and Alexis were amazing. Friend and attentive. The beer was perfect and the salad amazing. I appreciated the quality service from start to finish.

Walked in, nobody at the desk so sat at a table. Tried to order thru the barcode but it came "Ask the server" no server in sight.
Asked a person cleaning tables what might be wrong and was abruptly told "Well you walked in and seared yourself in a closed area"
It was obvious that the staff now had an attitude and despite being told somebody would be out to serve us nobody stopped at our table on the way to or from the kitchen.
We moved to the bar and got served there.
The food was mediocre.
The English Muffin was flat and greasy having been heated on the griddle. Eggs tasteless, bacon almost as dry as the wallboard it resembled.

Good was great, our servers Michael and Justin were fantastic, checking in often and carrying great attitudes. This location is worthy of dropping by at the Phoenix airport. Food was super good as well.

Obed was an exceptional bartender—personable, attentive, funny, and efficient. These qualities are hard to find at an airport bar! He acknowledged me right away, and after my second round, I decided to close out my tab. However, he made it clear that if I wanted anything else, he was there for me. Every year, I fly this same route during Christmas, and the only other bar I’ve visited in the past few years has been quite rude. So, this experience was a refreshing change! I will definitely be back next year!

Unless you're starving, I wouldn't recommend eating from here. You're paying 2-3 times the price for below-medicore food. Go to Panera 10 feet away instead. It's also generally unmanned and so be prepared to struggle with self-check-out.

Very good place for an airport. Great beer. Service is very friendly. Makes a huge difference when your flight is delayed. Wish they had better beer cups with a clear logo.
