Food is good. They do not skip on quantity or quality on the pizzas. The salads are fresh but occasionally an ingredient may be missing and the salad dressing cannot be more than 1.5 tablespoons which just is not enough. So ask for a bit extra on the dressing.

The service is decent. About par for a pizza joint. The atmosphere is typical pizza shop. I like to visit in winter because it is nice and toasty like a warm bakery.

I came to this location, and I was missing a pizza. Jamie, one of the workers, got a pizza that was done and gave it to me. I have to say the customer service is on point. Thank you, Jamie. I would definitely recommend it. Not to mention, the pizza and wings are ridiculously good!

We've loved Sardellas for years, but lately the pizza is really greasy, this time no exception. But the worst was waiting over 35 minutes when they said 15, and then finding out the pizza was sitting on the counter the entire time, and nothing from the person behind the counter except we could wait even longer for them to make it again. Hoping for better things in the future.
