Amazing sausage shop with a very large selection of meats you can’t typically get. Be sure to ask about their frozen selection for more exotic types. Staff is always very friendly and happy to talk to you about suggestions for uses of each sausage. Personally love the Tasso ham which is something that can be very hard to find in phoenix.
I stopped by there to get some pork shoulder for a family barbecue that I was doing. The prices were great, the staff was super friendly, and I ended up getting other things there because they look good and ended up tasting awesome. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of sausage or pork products
