This place is my euphoria. Every time I go in it takes me back to being a child. The Cookie Monster ice cream is the best thing since sliced bread. But enough about my favorite flavor. The customer service really brings me in! Good vibes, great energy! I highly recommend scooptacular to anyone in the the Phoenix-Laveen area!
