I bought a drink the other day had no flavor watered down, tried to return it. Talk to a girl named Alyssa with an attitude told me no! I didn’t want a refund just a replacement again she said No…. The cashiers and my self are regulars we work at Food City right behind their building….. We will not be back, we work with customers As well. And we do not treat them like that…..

This place is an absolute rip off. The coffee and food are not even that good and their customer service is terrible. Staff are nice but they can’t oppose their terrible leadership. They penny pinch and charge for everything they can. I only ever go cause it’s the one place on my way to work sadly. After today, never again. I ordered the sliders and was asked if I wanted ketchup or mustard. I wanted both, they charged me $0.55 for one ketchup packet to have that….

The people here are always super nice. Unfortunately the drinks are not my cup of tea (pun intended). The coffee drinks are alright, although they skew extremely sweet. The chai latte is not it for me.

The thought process behind this business is outrageous. If you want a Redbull infusion, you can only order a large or X-Large. Yesterday I went to this location to get a Redbull infusion to find out they were out of large cups and I was forced to order an X-Large or no drink at all. I asked if I could get the large size and put it in an X-Large cup since it’s almost $10 for an X-Large drink that’s mediocre at best and I was told they couldn’t accommodate putting a large drink into an X-Large cup even though it’s not my fault they can’t properly manage ordering their supplies. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to pay an outrageous amount of money for a drink size you don’t even want. Helpful tip- Black rock offers more flavor options, the option to order any size, and it doesn’t cost near as much. I used to love scooters but black rock has become the superior coffee shop. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

The gentleman attempting to take my order was very polite. First we were told they weren’t taking tap to pay which is fine, I had cash, but then everything I had tried to order was out of stock. They had zero milk alternatives, no iced coffee, no food.

I love scooters coffee. I live in Arcadia and would go out of my way to the 7th Ave and Indian school one because that’s how much I liked it. When they made the one on 44th st I was EXCITED! But it seems like there’s always something wrong! I go one day they don’t have the sugar cookies that go in the kids pack, they are out of certain flavors, or they forgot my order so I have to re say it at the window.. One time I went to go get the kids pack with sugar cookies and it was like 7 am (we were gonna go on a road trip so calories don’t count on those days lol) but they told me they sold out… I’m sorry I didn’t believe it, like who else is ordering a bunch of cookies that early ? Now this morning I went there after a disappointing morning at another local coffee shop, kinda had the “I’m gonna go back to what I know” shop.. but when I go there no sign up or anything. They tell me it’s cash only… Disappointed again. I just feel like it always something! Don’t know if I should quit scooters altogether or travel to the Melrose one.. please just do better!
