If you are ever craving Scooters during Rush hour, make sure you order 15 minutes before closing, as the rude teenage kids they have working will straight up reject taking any orders that demands more effort. This is the second time I get denied a Drink, staff refuses to make it because I’m 10 minutes before closing time. Well I’ve got news, this is the only Scooters in the area, their hours are ridiculous since they close at 6, and some of us have a 30 minutes drive just to try to get to this spot. When I questioned why she couldn’t make my drink she said “were closing soon, so I can make you an iced or hot drink” to which I answered, “so you basically don’t wanna make my drink because you’re closing in 10, she responded 8 minutes actually”. Needless to say she had put me on hold for about 3 good minutes, too busy chatting away with her coworker. I proceeded to ask for her name, and she replied in a rude tone “I don’t have to tell you that.” That obviously infuriated me and I drove away, as I would never allow my own kids to answer me in that tone. Bottom line, if I’m 10-15 minutes before closing time in any dinning/coffee spot, even 5 minutes, The establishment is still considered OPEN for business. it really is disappointing as this was my favorite Go To spot for Blended drink. Needless to say I’m here about 2-3 times a week during the summer when they have extends hours. I guess I’ll be taking my coffee money to a nearby 3 leches cafe (also a great coffee spot) it’s also out of the area, but it’s worth the drive. At least they’ll treat me with respect and I’ll find them open at a later hour.

I had a great experience at Scooter's Coffee! The service was fast and friendly. My drink was made perfectly and just the way I ordered it. It's a great spot for grabbing something quick on the go or just need a reliable coffee stop.
lady ahead of me was being very disrespectful to the girls at the shop, to which the girl at the front calmly navigated and I respected. I left a tip, but truly appreciate the customer service so i wanted to share that i will be coming back

Girl at drive thru was more interested with her mom being in the car in front of us, and bragging that she gave the whole car free drinks. She was literally on her phone the entire interaction, gave us our drinks with the lids falling off, didn't make eye contact, and was rude. I took a picture of her on her phone, she was unbothered because she was too focused on her phone. Worst Scooters experience ever

Worst coffee in AZ guaranteed! Wow I am still in shock from the plain latte I just got, it is by far the worst I’ve ever had in Arizona… $5.29 for a small latte too which is wild for the terrible quality. It literally was sour…. No joke tasted like a sour milk tea. I don’t even know what else to say I’m just flabbergasted.

Today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this location and I will not be returning!!! They ran out of egg bites and didn’t inform me until after I paid! Then began refusing to give me my money back. After I paid in cash! Didn’t tell me before I paid that the product was unavailable. When they should’ve told me before they took my money! And to make matters worst I left a tip! And I always tip when I go regardless of how shitty the service has been! I will not be shopping at any of the scooters locations due to this incompetence.

Two girls in the shop named Caelee and Lucia helped me figure out what I wanted to get, as it was my first time. They were very patient and so kind, and the drink was amazing!

The WORST customer service/food experiences that I have had. I ordered a coffee this morning and the milk was spoiled/separating (even before the ice melted). I was running late for a hike, didn’t get to enjoy my drink, and returned to the store afterward. I asked if they could remake it or if I could get refunded. The lady who I spoke to was incredibly rude, demeaning, and obviously lying about her position. I told her my concerns, asked if she could remake the drink or just refund the purchase since I wasn’t able to drink it, then asked her to print off my receipt. Initially she said she couldn’t. I told her I own a few franchises myself and knew that you could. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and she said it was her. I then asked to speak to the franchise owner and she said she was out. She told me “because you left and that’s how our milk is, I won’t give you a refund or remake the drink for you without charging you again”. I asked politely for her name and then she told me “one minute”, after I asked for the receipt again. She started working on it and once she printed off the receipt, I told her “thank you, what was your name again?” And she said I don’t have to tell you that and slammed the window closed. I can understand if I was being unreasonable or requesting this franchise to do something unreasonable but that was not the case. This is the most disrespectful interactions I’ve had with a staff member over something they were in the wrong/responsible for. Even though she didn’t tell me her name- like everyone knows, it’s printed on the receipt. In addition to the low quality and EXPIRED drink that I paid for, not in a million years would I want someone like that working for me or representing my business. Please do not entertain this scooters coffee shop in Phoenix.

don’t bother going here if you want one of the red bull infusion drinks you can only get a large or xl. who on earth wants xl cup of redbull unless you want heart problems?? a small or medium is very normal amount to drink.
