I love scooters but recently they’ve just been out of chai almost everytime I go. I believe that if you are out of a menu option it should be marked at the ordered kiosk. Because now i’m land locked waiting in the drive through just to get out. I also don’t understand how you can be out of chai multiple times a week? it doesn’t make sense to me, starbucks , dutch, black rock etc have never had this issues

I work down the street from this location. The employees are always very sweet and kind. They definitely make good coffee. I try to go to Scooters and this is the best location Ive found.

Make sure you confirm your order at the window. There is a AM worker who automatically charges you for large drinks even if you ask for a medium. This has happened multiple times when i have gone and the worker seems annoyed when i call her out for up charging when its not what i ordered.

Let me start of by saying I love scooters just not this location. Favorite drink is the peanut butter crunch blender and other locations never disappoint. Today's drink was watered down and you could not taste the peanut butter and they didnt add the chocolate drizzle as shown in their menu. I informed them before leaving the drive thru since I was waiting on a second drink and they seemed annoyed and asked if I wanted them to make another drink. Yes please I said and can you add chocolate drizzle, I get the new drink with no chocolate drizzle and you can see they get annoyed when I mentioned it. Will not be coming to this location again.

Serves product (including milk) well past its best by date, staff don't wash their hands, ice machine isn't cleaned, product, even containing dairy, is repeatedly filled for months at a time without washing the container, and the owner is a pretty scary individual. i'd recommend not consuming anything from here, and i really wouldn't recommend any young women exist anywhere in the vicinity of this location or any owned by this man.

This establishment gave me a latte and the milk did not taste right at all. The milk was sour and pretty sure it was expired, absolutely disgusting. I was sick for a week!! Do not go to this location.

I have been consistently going to this location since I moved to the area in April. I have had excellent service until about two months ago when I noticed that the drive-through takes exceptionally long when there’s only one or two cars in front of me and I have put in a mobile order. I put in a mobile order about a week ago and had to walk up to the window to get my mobile order and every single car that was in the drive-through was serviced before the walk up window when I was at the window nobody came over until all the cars were gone. One of your employees dresses like she just got up from bed and either booty shorts or sweatpants. I’m not sure what your dress code is, but you are running a business and that does not represent you guys at all and if you think it represents you guys it’s a little trashy. Today I ordered a large blended galaxy, and there was one other car in front of me in the drive-through and somehow my whipped cream and my drink are melted. I do not appreciate spending my money consistently just for the quality to go downhill. I’m not sure what happened to the staff you had before. Hopefully they got better jobs and moved on in the world, but the quality from April to August has gone downhill severely.

Been going there for over a year. Last 3 times I went I had a sugar-free mocha and it got me sick so now I know I should stop going.
Service is hit or miss, you either get what you asked for or something else (wrong size, getting iced instead of hot drinks, etc...).
The only positive side is that their vanilla sweet cream cold brew is excellent, beats Starbucks easily.
Their food is average and expensive for what it is, their coffee too is pretty expensive

Usually this place is ok enough. But today I waited at the window for a few minutes just to look in the window to see the person working there just on her phone. So I left. She popped out the window after I left, but didn't feel like waiting longer. 3 stars out of fairness for them usually being decent. But today was a one star day.

Im not sure what is the issue with this location.

You will never receive what you paid for. Extra espresso, protein?? Nope. They’ve pocketed at least $50 by not providing ingredients that I paid for.

I always order via the app. It always tastes different every time you order it.

Order through the app, be the only customer there, and you will still sit in the drive through 10-15 minutes.

Staff is busy, with what Im not sure as 10-15 minute wait time is extreme. I assume that is why theyre very short with customers.

So, long wait times and inaccuracy of orders (paying for things not received) has me looking elsewhere.

First time here had a mango smoothie, flavor and consistency was pretty good, creamy instead of icy.
As a suggestion the one taking the order on the speaker should let you know how much is gonna be before you get to the window
And even though they have seating out, you still have to drive thru to get your order then you can park & seat, kinda silly. If I miss the window I'd like to know in which case a most obvious sign on where to order by the tables would be helpful.
