I had a 1/3 lb beef brisket, 1 smoked sausage, 2 sides: a corn bread, and green bean. The brisket was moist, a good balance between lean and moist brisket. There are 3 types of BBQ sauces and they are all good. For the side, my favorite would be the green bean.
