Serviced spoiled avocado, raw hash browns, overall quality for both our meals, 1 star and to expensive.

Concourse E at Skyharbor Airport. Had breakfast here on Friday 1/13/26 flying home to Nebraska. Ordered the biscuits and gravy and added two eggs over medium, orange juice and a water. Food was very good! OJ tasted fresh squeezed, not in a bottle! The counter person was having a time and I could tell she was a little stressed. I didn't catch her name. She was multitasking but she persevered as there was a line, nice job young lady. I'd eat there again!

Had a scramble with jack cheese and spinach, along with hash browns. Both were terrible. The hash browns were tasteless and slightly burnt at the same time. The eggs were unseasoned and so boring. The cheese was laying on top cold.

I was surprised that there was no clear allergy information available. For an airport café that serves so many travelers, it’s really important to provide visible allergy details and make sure the staff is properly trained to answer questions about ingredients. This would make the experience much safer and more comfortable for many customers.
12/22/25 - 2 stars is more than generous. do NOT eat here. $56 for 2 breakfasts, 2 coffees, and 2 waters. a breakfast sandwich is $17. i understand it's an airport but cmon. the staff was very unfriendly but for one gray haired woman. the food was simply average, especially for the price. and the coffee was meh. there are limited options in terminal E...but i suggest saving your money and getting a reheated sandwich from starbucks nearby. OR it's a short walk to Shake Shake Terminal F for breakfast at 1/2 the price.

Scramble was not a pleasant option for breakfast. Overpriced for subpar food, close to 60 dollars for two meals, coffee and bottled water. The coffee was not flavorful. The staff was rude. For making eggs their specialty it was anything but special. Save your money by finding another option for breakfast.

Eggs and hash browns were served hot though eggs weren’t cooked to order. Typical airport atmosphere. Friendly service. Clean.

Hope you have a 2 hour layover, this place takes FOREVER. I can't for the life of me understand why a place like this would exist in an airport. Food was very meh as well, not worth the wait or insane prices.

By far the worst food I have had in a very long time. It was disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs

Ordered a delicious breakfast sandwich with sausage patties and eggs overeasy. The hashbrowns were also very good. I recommend, especially if you’re looking for a meal to tie you over for a 3.5 hr flight.

All the other Scrambles have gluten free bread except this one. How hard is it these days to have gluten free bread for a breakfast sandwich?

Cashier told me no cash. I didn’t want to use my visa due to currency conversion rates. But I ended up using my card. Cashier was replaced and I was waiting for my food and a lady two people behind me and went up to order and was able to pay in cash. Apparently some of the staff just don’t know simple math.
