I had a long wait at the gate and was getting hungry. There were several options at the gate, but I decided to give Scramble a chance, EVEN after reading a page of one-star reviews. I was more like, how bad can it really be?
Well, I took some photos as proof of my Sunrise Sandwich! The bread was nicely toasted, the temperature of the food was good (fresh!). The ham and egg tasted just fine. The only thing that was a bit meh was the hash brown that's not crispy enough and bland.
I get it, for something almost $20 after tax should have been more delicious and larger, but it was just what I needed before a long evening flight, so I don't vomit hard during many turbulence to come.
Lastly, the dining area was actually quite nice. Bright and clean. Closer to the gate lobby, there were some long tables and stools with outlets that you could sit, plug in your laptop and work if you needed some privacy. People (like me) was only using that area to wait for to-go orders.

This place is busy, so if your ordering something from the kitchen, give yourself plenty of time.

Ordered two breakfast meals. Waited way too long like 25 minutes to find out they lost my order. The food was awful for $35 I received an egg and ham and cheese sandwich that was terrible. Go to Starbucks and avoid this place

They were out of regular eggs, only had premixed eggs in a carton for scrambled eggs due to shortage. No way of getting a poached or over easy egg. Didnāt have a sign to tell customers before waiting in line for 20 minutes. Customer ahead of me confronted cashier about not having a sign to inform customers. Her response was āwell, Iām not the owner, Iām just a cashierā in a rude manner. Then proceeded to say āI hate being a cashier.ā Definitely not coming back to this place at the airport.

Itās your typical overpriced under delivered food place at the airport. I asked the girl what the sizes were for the drinks since there were two different prices and she, looking annoyed, said, āI really donāt know.ā I had to wipe down the counter to sit. Thereās not many options in this airport so we settle for something.

Please donāt buy Chicken Cesar Salad they put a little pieces of lettuce and chicken, a side of dressing and thatās all.
Hopefully they can make a good kitchen recipes standard. Terrible ! gate E , Phx airport
I rarely write bad reviews. A place needs to make a legitimate effort to be bad before I'll make a legitimate effort to roast them.
Waited over an hour for an $18 burger that was god awful. If my flight hadn't already been delayed, I would not have gotten my food in time to even take it with me, let alone eat it.
Now I almost wish the food hadn't arrived in time.

Do not plan on eating here unless you have over an hour. I waited 30 mins for my burger to arrive. The food never came. I asked for a refund and after several minutes a manager did come and refunded my money with an apology.
Horribly slow, especially for an airport. Recommend skipping all of the food options in Evaās they run by the same group.
The woman taking orders was friendly, doing the best she could with a kitchen that was not putting out orders.

terrible food, as said from many other hash browns have sooooo much pepper they are inedible, super hard like cardboard. there was also a hair in my food, and the wait and service was atrocious. they did not call our name like they said they would, do not eat here. super overpriced, it was $70 for three people for a simple meal
