The food is amazing! They are very flexible with the delivery dates. The customer service goes above and beyond to fix any issues.
Meals always prepared very well and tasty. Customer service is excellent. Whenever I miss the deadline to update my meal plan. If I’m close enough to that deadline the management will reach out to confirm if I want the meals a week earlier which is so nice of them to do that. Also very accommodating. I’ve been ordering meals from them for a few years now.
Dear Todd,
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for everything you have done for our family through Scratch Culinary Meal Prep. When I initially reached out to arrange a meal delivery subscription for my elderly parents, I was carrying a heavy heart and a tremendous amount of stress. My dad is facing end-stage cancer, and both of my parents are infirm, making reliable, nutritious, and easy access to good food an absolute necessity for their daily care.
