I went to Minnow for their grand opening months ago, and i was a bit disappointed when i tried it. The matcha was just okay, and the sushi was not my cup of tea. As someone who works in the industry (also at a sushi spot) I can be especially picky, but I’m also understanding that they had just opened and probably needed to work out some kinks. I came back this morning, and I was so impressed!! My matcha was soo much better, easily one of the best I’ve had in Phoenix. Service...

Hojicha Chai Banana, non-dairy option. YUM! Being a tea snob I questioned the combo, but it’s rewarding to be adventurous!! I ordered to go but the music vibe with songs mixing Japanese and English had me stick around. It’s my first visit at Minnow. Definitely bringing my family and friends over here!
