this place used to be so good! not sure what happened. i brought my sister here for the first time after hyping it up to her, but they might have new staff working because they didn’t really understand what we were ordering and so they made one of the drinks wrong. i also just bought a bag of beans and they were never sealed shut.
Also the matcha isn’t great. i got it with extra match and it still looks / tastes milky.

I’m part of a business group that meets here weekly and every single time it’s a beautiful experience. The owner, Damian, is a super human who treats every member of the community and every person on his team as if they are the most important person in the world.
Add to it that they have amazing coffee, snacks and a beautiful atmosphere and it’s clear why Serafina is doing so well.
Every business owner could learn from him. And every person in Arizona should make this their go to spot. I’ve been 50 times and will be back every week (sometimes multiple times a week) as long as the doors open.

This place is AMAZING. Not only is the coffee top-tier, but the personality of Serafina sets it apart. I saw reviews saying the owner makes snarky comments—but let’s be real, he’s just got a sharp sense of humor. If you can’t take a little wit with your caffeine, maybe you’re the problem.
The sign in the bathroom literally says “Would poop here again” with a five-star rating. That alone deserves a sixth star. 😂
Great coffee, chill vibes, hilarious energy—highly recommend. (Pro tip: AZ Juice Company is here now too, so it’s officially a health + caffeine power stop.)

The pastries are delicious... However be sure to focus on the sound of your name, when your order is ready. Let's just say my Green (hot ) Tea had plenty of time to cool off. Before glancing at the counter, to see if my order was up.

My spouse and I ordered two cubanos on a weekday morning and thought they were absolutely perfect! It came with sparkling water to thin it out which was nice. (When we came back over the weekend it didn't come with the water but it appears all orders are to-go wares compared to real mugs etc on the weekdays.)
Weekday: The young lady at the register was welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. The barista/older gentleman had good energy behind the counter and when serving our order.
Weekend: a crew of young perhaps high schoolers or college kids, were working. Had good energy.
We are happy to have found a great coffee shop near our new neighborhood and will definitely be regular customers.

Service is very nice and attentive. Pastries are mostly excellent. Coffee decent. Interior fine. The one glaring issue. The music is always way too loud which is jarring especially in an otherwise nice little establishment. It’s a strange choice to have the music consistently so loud but there you have it. It seems to be mostly 80s New Wave which also seems a bit incongruent. Maybe some nice, relaxing ambient sounds while you’re reading or talking, etc? Owner’s choice I guess.🤷🏻♂️
