PSA: GAVE BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I THE SHITS.
Sure, the food tasted good when we ate it right before our flight, but it had us both running to the bathroom within the hour and 7 hours later we both still have upset stomachs and are back and forth to the bathroom.
Will never eat shake shack again

Waited a while for food but there were a ton of people as well so you can’t rush it too much. Wish the sandwich had a little more to it since the cheese curd patty made the sandwich more dry.

Food was great but garbage was overflowing, no cutlery in holders, no plastic containers to fill ketchup. Young ppl who don’t seem to care about restocking and emptying garbages etc.

Tried two double cheeseburgers with just L & T & M and nothing else. Exceptional counter-service, preparation, delivery, taste, value and greatness. This was a great surprise treat before my redeye flight on 10/30/2025. Thank you !!!

Our flight was delayed for 3 1/2 hours thanks to an orange tantrum. We decided to walk all the way across the airport to the Shake shack to treat ourselves to a shake only to arrive and have them tell us that they were sold out of shakes. At least the staff person that we spoke to was really nice and friendly. They should be promoted to management. How could a manager fail more dramatically than to fail to stick his store with the title item?

Order a burger at 5:30am and it was so cold, like it just came out of a refrigerator. $17 for a cold burger. Not amazing.

Why offer a red eye shake when you can't order one for a red eye flight. Went to order a shake at 9pm and they don't offer them at that time of night, even though they are open till 1030.

Lavonte was not my cashier, it was another kind woman, however as a customer service specialist for 30+ years I had observed a slight situation. A woman walked up to order from lavonte & when was asked her name for the order she got mouthy with cashier & lavonte still kept cool & respectful & also was working her tail off, as they all were on the ball . Glad to share my thoughts & I hope the team will get recognition

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was fantastic. It far exceeded my expectations. Considering this was an airport location, I was expecting a tired old powdered egg sandwich. But it was the exact opposite. It was a freshly made fried egg. Overall one of the best fried eggs sandwiches I've had. The next time I'm at terminal 3 at PHX, if it's breakfast time I'm headed straight for shake shack. It was a little crowded and it took a little while, but it was totally worth the wait. Thank you

Food was fine. Speed of it getting ready was okay. Was able to get a decent bite to eat ahead of our flight.
