Shake Shack

These sweet angels made our 6+ delay bearable by letting us drink wine here past close and dealing with our shenanigans while Sun Country left us in the absolute dust. Also as a vegetarian, they have a top 3 veggie/mushroom burger. Highly recommend.

Ordered food but had to leave it there because my flight was going to depart. Waited 45 minutes and still hadn’t received it by the time to had to give up and go to my flight.

They gave me the wrong order and went up then tried explaining but they ignoring me so then I stayed longer and a girl said “ EXCUSE MEEEEE” I need two cups of ice and she just gave a hug a cross the table I’m so pisssd!

There is a line a mile long. Wrapping around the joint. One person at the register. 3 people in the back talking and not cooking anytbjng. It’s a miracle a shake rolls off the line.

$17 for a standard burger and fries is outrageously overpriced for ok-food and took forever to receive my order. The airport needs better quick options.

To all my gluten-free and Celiac friends I ordered shake shack from the airport so knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They changed their glove to wash their hands and I literally enjoyed my burger and fries at the airport. Shout out to Ashley for getting my order ready. I just wished my burger bun wasn't full of butter . Other than that thank you all so much ❤️

My issue with this place is yesterday they didn’t have no cheese and I had to pay full price for a burger then on top of that I had to deal with a cashier named Susan, who was really rude and wasn’t really knowledgeable about my order I did not like the mean look when I asked for a cup of ice and then when I didn’t give her a tip, she told me not to come back Very bad I do not like this level of hospitality And it needs to change get rid of that lady

The food was fine but there was this racist woman name Susan who was really rude and needs to be gone I know shake shack won’t tolerate this kind of behavior She didn’t even acknowledge me or give me eye contact and then she said something about Black people And politics

For an airport location, this Shake Shack does a solid job. The menu is more limited than the regular brick-and-mortar spots, but the essentials are there. The burger and fries were cooked to order, hot, fresh, and crispy, which is really all you can ask for when traveling.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly. Not a full Shake Shack experience, but a reliable and satisfying option if you’re stuck at the Phoenix airport and craving a decent meal.

PSA: GAVE BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I THE SHITS.

Sure, the food tasted good when we ate it right before our flight, but it had us both running to the bathroom within the hour and 7 hours later we both still have upset stomachs and are back and forth to the bathroom.

Waited a while for food but there were a ton of people as well so you can’t rush it too much. Wish the sandwich had a little more to it since the cheese curd patty made the sandwich more dry.

Food was great but garbage was overflowing, no cutlery in holders, no plastic containers to fill ketchup. Young ppl who don’t seem to care about restocking and emptying garbages etc.

Tried two double cheeseburgers with just L & T & M and nothing else. Exceptional counter-service, preparation, delivery, taste, value and greatness. This was a great surprise treat before my redeye flight on 10/30/2025. Thank you !!!
