Nothing good to say. Shameful. Burger was cooked way before I got there. Has a tiny tomato and the smallest piece of lettuce. Shake Shake do something about it.

Fries 🍟 cold again

There’s no way I paid $9 for 20 fries and a cup of cheese and bacon….and why is it not poured on top? Cheese isn’t even hot enough for me to pour over. What??

Hope you’re not in a hurry as this is not fast food. Ordering takes ages, only one person on the register with 4-5 people milling around behind. To their credit they don’t start making your burger until you order but this makes the wait long to get your food. I got a double shack burger which is rather small. There was what appeared to be a smear of avocado on my bottom bun, messy.

Slowest shake shack on earth. Go there if you want to miss your plane. They ask for a tip though

Not ready for prime time

First and foremost, I have the acknowledge the manager there named Robert F. My girlfriend has both dairy and gluten allergies and he was so precise and thorough, continually checking to make sure what she ordered didn't contain those allergens. I truly appreciated him going way above and beyond. Both my girl and I were extremely thankful for his phenomenal service. Thank you, truly! 🙏

First time at a shack shack, i was at the airport, ordered a double burger, got a single with mushroom. Had no time to return it. Never will o go again. Overpriced even for an airport.

The food was really good. The hamburgers were small, but very good. Forty bucks for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, and 2 Cokes is a little steep though.... but it is the airport.... but it is in Mexico. Tables and chairs would be a nice touch too.

It's officially not worth it anymore, the prices went up and the items seem to have shrunk!! I had the chicken Shack or whatever is called and it was more like a slider! I ate it in 3 bites and was still hungry! I wish there was an in n out and a chick Fila so we can have more options and there can be more competition instead of these guys taking advantage of the lack of options at this terminal!!

Five people working. No line. Still takes 10 minutes to prepare the food.

Lavonne at the counter seems to hate her job. The food was below average for an airport. They 'lost' my order, and it took 25 minutes to get a single sandwich. Uncommon for an airport fast food place. I can't understand the enthusiasm for this chain. No one seemed happy to be there. The whole experience made me sad.

Be prepared to wait!! 12:30pm, lunch rush, 19 people in line.
They have four registers and only one in use. And the mobile app is turned off for this location.
Being in an airport you’d expect speedy service.
