We saw an Instagram post about their once a year Gumbo - some industry friends have been telling us to check this place out and so this seemed a perfect opportunity! The Gumbo was AMAZING! We also loved the square cheese curds (and being from Wisconsin that is a compliment!) and the carne asada waffle fries!!
awesome scratch late night food spot! I play softball at Papago park and I make sure to stop by for the cubano or carne asada waffle fries on my way home... usually end up eating half in my car lol

Solid bite!!Appreciate the quality and taste. Tacos were delicious. Perfect amount of carne asada; cheese crusted tortillas are on point; and the pickled onions just make for amazing balance of taste.These guys are doing great things and keeping it simple. ????
