I am a Californian who looks forward to smash burger when we visit. Boy, am I mad i chose this location. Upon walking in, it is filthy. Trays and trash stacked on every table. Then we sat there waiting in a line with no one at the front counter. When she did come out, she proceeded to tell people that "we aren't offering anything other than single patties. I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years. Typically I get the kids cheeseburger and add a couple toppings. This time we were informed by an employee that came from the back that we aren’t allowed to do that according to corporates new policy. I told her I fully understand that and if it was possible to just pay extra for the toppings and she told us we couldn’t and we had to have our burger plain.
