Just the check in experience was horrible. Teach your people how to do the right thing! We checked in at home, showed a 20 minute wait, got here and were told 20 more minutes to wait. Walked back to the counter because we’d elected first available and outside didn’t have many people due to it being chilly. I said with the heaters it’d be fine. But they could t get them on due to propane being out. Came back inside to be on the list for inside and she told me 30-45 mins....read full review
