Nothing but positive experiences with the hotel and staff. Front office manager Sarah went to great lengths to help us secure a refund from booking.com for an earlier stay that had to be canceled due to a flight cancellation. She followed up with us several times after communicating directly with booking.com. Good location, near Sky Harbor airport, and wide variety of restaurants, fast food. Hotel itself was clean and quiet. Upon checking in the desk person did tell us the location of breakfast area but did not inform us that we needed vouchers for breakfast (our room rate did include breakfast). They wanted to charge us almost $13 per person for the breakfast buffet. This did get resolved by me going to the front desk and clarifying the situation.
