I've been eating at Somrburros for 30 years or more. When I explained the chips were stale two clerks advised me that the chips were fresh. They were all broken pieces and old. I finally just asked for my tacos that are always a 10. Concerned no one took me serious after two attempts. I also advised them I had been eating fresh lighter colored chips for over 30 years.
I come to Someburros all the time usually through the drive-through because they have the most amazing being a cheese burrito. The bean cheese tortilla ratio is just perfect for me and a 5.95 You really can't beat it.

This location is AMAZING! I stopped by yesterday morning and was blown away not only from the food, but the customer service as well! Id like to give a huge shout out to Sophia! She greeted me and I wasn't sure what to pick off the menu and she recommended me the beef tacos and I loved them. She made the experience 10x better and I will be stopping by again! As someone who has worked in customer service, Sophia is doing amazing and so glad I was able to interact with her!
