The food was definitely 5 stars. We got the sweet chile chicken for an appetizer and it was amazing. We both decided on the tantanmen ramen and it had great flavor. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We walked in and weren't sure if we would be seated or if we sat ourselves. None of the employees said anything so we sat down at one of the empty, yet dirty tables. Someone came over and kind of cleaned it off. Then we sat for 10 minutes and waited to have our drink order taken. Finally someone came with water and we quickly put in the app order in and asked for some drinks. Our appetizer came out with our drinks, but they didn't bring napkins or chopsticks. We ended up having to go to the bar for everything we needed. Staff never asked if we needed anything or asked how the food was. The ambiance was ok, music seemed to repeat after 30 minutes. Probably won't come here again unfortunately.

It's mid. Their happy hour is what you want to show up for. Their food is not worth the full price. 16$ for ramen that tastes okay. Instant ramen tastes better ? The staff was nice but never came to check up on us until it was time to go.

Average ramen. Very little flavor for a pool of noodles. Was pretty disappointed after reading other reviews. Both my partner and I's bowls were sub par. Would not recommend.

Really not worth the price at all. I ordered the Hostile Takeover. The noodles were very dry and I found it kind of flavorless.

I've gone here and the one on flagstaff and I love it no matter what. The ramen is always delicious and the staff super friendly and attentive. Honestly I love this place so much.Never too salty and I love that I can sorta customize my ramen a little to add or take out things I do/don't like.If you're looking for a yummy dinner ramen spot this is the best in town.

Okay I went here twice. Both times were terrible. I know they mean well but skip thismTheir qr code didn't work, the calamari (still swimming) served over lettuce was so salty and over dressed, not to mention the service, leaves much to be desired. The konbu mushroom broth they say is good is too salty. We tried it without food as a trial and we said it'd a bit salty. Even with other watered down ingredients, it was a no. Also who puts carrots in ramen? No one.Where was the seaweed? Not present.I asked for no broccoli and so they took all the veggies out But the broccoli....? Your math ain't matching.Mic drop was 1 note - non descript meat. Where was the bone broth? I can't say I've ever had such flat ramen. The noodles were OK but nothing special, it must of been from a package.Another patron was sitting outside, and he came back in the restaurant and asked, "hey how does this place work?" Because he still hadn't been served. It was a mess. The lemonades were way over flavored and could have easily made 2 more drinks.Last, the water was great but teach the serves more about the menu. You work here, at least know what is in each bowl.Ambiance? It's more a bar than a place to sit down and eat. Maybe don't play "WAP" in your restaurant. Class it up.This place leave so so so much to be desired.

The tan tan men was way too salty, not enough toppings, and just not v tasty imo. Not really worth the $16. My friend got the mic drop instead and liked it. Maybe I'll order something else if I find myself here again.

Had it before. Broth was mid you can get better from other place down the road.Only thing that it has is that it's open late but it seems that even open late the staff rather stop preparing or starting any new orders 30 mins before the said close time.Sign in front says noodles until midnight.11:35. "Sorry last call."Well that sign was a damn lieStill tried to order, i got comments from staff like "we can refuse service?" Or whatever the cleanup person was as I was taking this photo. This recent visit just showed me that you can have good food but with staff that doesn't care or want to get out early. Make reoccurring customer bit want to come back

I ordered to go. Katsu and spring rolls. The sweet and sour sauce is the bomb. It almost tastes like it has a bar b que flavor to it. I enjoyed my meal and it was very filling. I will definitely be visiting again.
