Ordered the most basic burger called K-9. GREAT homemade taste. Very casual place. Nice gentleman took the order and seems he was the only one there. No public restrooms. Also No Air conditioning. Food is packaged to go. Have been there a few times over the last 6 months or so. Spaghetti on the menu once when I visited but haven't been able to try it yet. K-9 cheeseburger is very good.
I am from Chicago so I know all too well that the hole-in-the-wall joints are the true gems of any city and Southern Fried is just that. I had the catfish and spaghetti, burgers and hotlink and all of my guest were satisfied with their meal. The portions for the price are just right. The seasoning on the fish was superb!
