The service was terrible! Days before I had stopped by to make sure it was okay to bring a party of 20 to celebrate my birthday. I asked if we could keep a tab open. The girl working that day was friendly and said it would be easy to accommodate. Unfortunately day of party the worst employee was working. She did not "know how to keep a tab open" and was very rude about the request. She had to ask the manager if it was possible but that wasn't the last of her rudeness. She treated our first couple of guests very short and impatient. There was one incident where someone grabbed the "wrong" napkin from the counter, so she took it away from the customer and said those were not for ice cream customers and threw it in the trash can. She clearly did not want to be working the counter of an ice cream shop. It made our visit unpleasant and we do not plan on returning. We hope this employee gets the right training on customer service or finds a better job that fits her grumpy personality. It's unfortunate she ruined our experience for 20 guests, because we always want to support local.

Took my wife there after a dinner date to get an ice cream cone and what a good choice it was. I also bought some candy that they I didn't even know they made any more. Service was excellent and the ice cream was delicious!! Next time I'm going to try one of their milkshakes my daughter says they are awesome!!

First of all what a beautiful evening to get some delicious ice cream and be able to sit outside in such a lovely setting. My husband and I both had a couple of scoops it was really good. The staff was friendly and I loved looking around the little shop. We’ll definitely go back

This quaint little ice cream shop at Luci’s at the Orchard is a great spot for a family treat. After lunch, my husband and I took the kids for some yummy gelato and they have a great selection of candy too. Cute place with friendly service, highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! Love that you can get vegan ice cream, sit outside, and enjoy the scenery. My daughter is severely lactose intolerant so having a go-to spot for vegan ice cream in central Phoenix without having to drive too far is fantastic.

The mint chocolate chip ice cream with actual chocolate chips is beyond fantastic. I’m an old man and have always loved that flavor. I love going to Splurge and Luci’s. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The patrons are a delight for an alter cocker like me to be around.
