I regret to say that my recent visit to Stacy's at Melrose left much to be desired. The experience was marred by several disappointments. Firstly, the female blonde bartender exhibited rudeness and a lack of professionalism, which tainted the entire interaction. The service overall was abysmal, characterized by long waits and neglectful staff. Upon ordering a cocktail, I was met with a subpar drink lacking in quality and flavor. Additionally, the ambiance of the establishment felt off, failing to create an inviting atmosphere. To make matters worse, the unpleasant odor emanating from the bathrooms further detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, these issues overshadowed any potential positives, leading me to advise against patronizing Stacy's at Melrose.

Though we have lots of family and friends that are in the shows at this bar we will not be coming back until something is done regarding the poor service of one particular bartender Kristi. She lacks professionalism and the ability to separate the past from business. She has continued her rude service for well over a year now and i will no longer spend money on this place. When the issue was taken to the owners it fell on death ears as they offered us a free round of drinks to come back. I don't need your pity with drinks I can well afford my own what l needed was action on your piss poor customer service.

The DJ was killing it last night! This is a small venue and the bartenders were doing an admirable job of trying to keep up with the drinks. A mix of older and younger patrons last night and definitely felt like a safe gay space. No go go dancers Saturday night (didn’t see this in other reviews) and don’t know if they needed them. The crowd was great and I’d come back again and again.

I have been going to this bar for almost two years and met so many amazing people . I love all bartenders and all the dj's and everyone else that I met. It's like my second home and I wouldn't change it for the world. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I love going there , it's my favorite bar.

As a queer woman there aren't as many places even in Melrose where I feel comfortable. But Stacy's has never let me down. I've never felt like a burden or unwanted. I hope it keeps its atmosphere forever. Definitely skip Charlie's, come to Stacy's where they actually want you.

Came inside at your bar had two beers then waited over 20 minutes to get a third beer that your male bartender was more worried about eating and walking around then taking care of your guest then he came over waited on everyone around me so I picked my money up at the bar and I walked out. I will never be back.

Love this place!!!The show manager, Mia Inez Adams, is a great show hostess! Her special style of comedy adds to the nightly experience of fun and laughter. The new owners are getting their sea legs and holding true to the legacy the original owner Stacy left behind. VISIT!!!! YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT!

I went to this bar pretty late on a Thursday night. I just wanted some cool vibes and drinks. Mila & Kristie were running the show. Let me tell you, AMAZING LADIES! Running the bar and serving drinks back and forth! They really know how to run the bar. Definitely coming back on Thursday just to see them. I felt so comfortable and the music was so good!!

Had a night out at Stacy's recently and I was so impressed. The bartender was attentive, prompt and knowledgeable; she helped me pick a tequila. The atmosphere was stellar and you could tell that everyone was having a great time. Music was on point, vibes were on point, and service was on point. Multiple staff members continued to check on my friends and I all night. It's hard to find a place that checks all the boxes of vibes, friendliness and prompt service; but Stacy's nailed it! I noticed some nice whiskey on the back bar and now that the weather is colder I can't wait to go back and partake. So impressed with the direction new ownership is taking this place while continuing to maintain the safe and welcoming for all reputation that we all know Stacy's for. Well done ownership and team!

Went in to check out the newly revamped bar let's just say I'm highly disappointed as someone who been a member of this community for 15+ years. If I were you I'd avoid this establishment and support authentic LGBTQ safe spaces. The vibe is completely off: - The place smells like sewage, yes it's a problem. - Drinks are watered down & overpriced. - The Staff was rude and was making inappropriate comments about patrons. It is quite disheartening.

***updated review*** (Still) Would give 0 stars if possible. New ownership is absolutely garbage. Not very welcoming and kind for an "LGBT" space. Hoping they sell again to someone that actually cares about the experience for their clientele. Upon my last 2 visits (under new ownership) the first night the bitter les-bouncer told my group & insinuated we weren't welcome in by saying "we close in 30 minutes" and hesitant to check our ID's. Last time was for pride weekend and the bouncers were charging some customers more than others at the door. This has been confirmed by multiple customers and even some of the former staff. It is clear the new owner is looking to rip off and take advantage of the LGBT+ community and it's disgusting.

Stacy's at Melrose is a fun place to see Mia, the hostess with the mostest! Check out the drag shows and karaoke night at this festive location in the Melrose district of Central Phoenix! I had a blast! The staff are friendly! Don't forget to bring cash and dollars for tips.
