I came here after a failed attempt to visit Boycott. I was solo and bummed about the night but the bartender (Benny?) was SO sweet and charming and made me feel welcomed and at ease. What a kind human! I’d like to come back for one of their events — Benny left such a great impression.
We saw Trey's Sunday Service which was FAB. So unique and engaging--Trey is one talented diva! She was missing all of the other cast members and still managed to put on an amazing show all by her lonesome--can't wait to return so I can see the whole show! EVERYONE we met at the bar--before and after the show, staff and patrons alike, were friendly--upbeat and just seemed to be having a nice time. The food from Muff Waffles was really good too--this was an awesome way...
Stacys is my favorite queer space in phoenix, where I feel free to be myself unapologetically. The staff are great, service is prompt. The shows .. starstuck is an experience you require. The dancing is cozy, but what good music they play. The out door patio is great to get air and chat. There is rarely a line for the bathroom. Come for fun, come for community.
