Star of India is the absolute best place for food! We always get the garlic naan to start off our meal. No matter what we get, it is never a disappointment. Our food is always packed with flavor and the owner is incredibly kind, caring, and truly wants his customers to enjoy their dining experience. I highly recommend going for incredible Indian food!! Best food spot in Ahwatukee!
I found this mom and pop shop by accident and I am so happy I did because the food was delicious and the customer service superb. I ordered samosas and tika masala and both I highly recommend! The naan was freshly made too and so fluffy and flavorful.
Highly recommend this place! Ive so far had Vegetable Biriyani, Malai Kofta, Paneer, Samosa and Naan bread. Everything is so flavorful and prepared perfectly. I believe its family owned and that might be the reason for the attention to detail. Everyone was warm and friendly. If you like traditional north Indian food give them a try.
