We did a take out order. Ordered tiki masala and chicken makhni but sadly they were the same. Garlic nan was mostly burnt I couldn't taste the garlic. It didn't taste fresh. My mango lassi was half ice. We've had this place before and loved it. But must have been an off night. For the price we paid we expected better.
Star of India is the absolute best place for food! We always get the garlic naan to start off our meal. No matter what we get, it is never a disappointment. Our food is always packed with flavor and the owner is incredibly kind, caring, and truly wants his customers to enjoy their dining experience. I highly recommend going for incredible Indian food!! Best food spot in Ahwatukee!
I found this mom and pop shop by accident and I am so happy I did because the food was delicious and the customer service superb. I ordered samosas and tika masala and both I highly recommend! The naan was freshly made too and so fluffy and flavorful.
