it's unacceptable to hear a customer tell you the correct spelling of their name and the employee spell it wrong twice because their ugly mind and appearance is their own problem they have to wake up and to work with zero value monetarily or in esteem.
no one cares your dad's a veteran and no one cares you weren't give a platinum spoon like my family does. Selective hearing while on a hourly jobs bad for your individual future not mine.
