This location is right near the high school. I happened to walk into a rush. I know the staff was trying their best but I waited over an hour and a half and had to constantly ask about my order. There is no management at this location which is very noticeable amongst the lack of staff at this location. If you are in a rush or used to timely service I would visit another location. Dark chocolate(Lawrence) makes the environment immaculate and the customer service unmatched. Me and my friend always get fries and they are the best fries we've ever had.-Steven was also really cool and great service
