I meet at and spend money at this location regularly. But today. Had a meeting and had already had all the coffee I could handle but asked for a cup of water. Amelia told me no. I had to buy something for a cup of water! I said for 15 years never had anyone in any country Starbucks say this... Absolutely absurd. Never buying Starbucks coffee again

I stopped here before I went to see my husband at The Mayo Hospital. It was 7:15, they close at 7:30. Plenty of time to get me a house coffee and Dragon drink. When I walked in their faces were disappointed they had to work 15 more minutes. I got my husband's coffee right away and my Dragon Drink 30 seconds later. Now I know it takes longer to make it, I get it all the time. I tasted it in the car it was terrible. Tasted like sugared coconut milk. I looked at it on the bottom there were literally 3 pieces of the Dragon flavored cubes, not even mixed up. I turned around and they were then closed. How convenient. What lazy workers. I hope their managers see this. I don't leave negative reviews but when I get terrible service and people take my money and do a shitty job especially if I give them a tip they don't deserve a good review. Workers were not even friendly, no smiles, no welcome in. Just an unhappy look that I had the nerve to come in at 7:16 when they were still open until 7:30, like how dare I come in 15 minutes before they finish and lock doors.
