I stopped by starbucks on my way home and ordered my usual iced caramel macchiato. The drink as made quickly even though there were several people ahead of me. The barista was friendly and called out my name with a smile. it was a pretty experience i had and i recommend the macchiato, it is really good!!
We had a little mix-up with our order today, but it actually worked in our favor! My husband ended up loving the drink we received, so we just went back through the drive-thru to order the one I originally wanted. We offered to pay, but the barista kindly gave it to us for free. They were super kind and made the whole experience even better. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
I get the sense that it takes three times as long to get your drink order made inside as it is to go through the drive-through. They also don't call your name out loud enough, so after 20 mins or so of waiting for an order, I still have no idea whether I'm going to get my drink.
