came in yesterday for my drink it was made good but i’m writing this on behalf of the workers because i saw how stressed they were. they seem shorted stuff what from what i can see and i saw multiple people being rude to the workers while they were trying their best to give people their drinks. i hope the workers know they tried their best from how short staffed they it looked and i hope people have more sympathy for the baristas!
I love this location, my closest one to my house , I had a drink being remade and Andi took good care of it, she even offer a free cakepop for the inconvenience. The staff is always warm welcoming
I went inside and the service was super fast and the baristas were amazing! I accidentally spilled my drink and the shift lead immediately offered to remake my drink no questions asked even though they were super busy. Thank you to everyone on this shift for being so kind and dedicated. Y’all rock!!
