The last 2 times I have gone there, I ordered a Venti Strawberry Acai Refresher and the lid is on so tight I cannot get it off, as I like to add ice to it when it is half way down. I feel like I will not order this from there anymore, until they get decent lids that can be removed.

When I walked in and asked for water remind u it's 110° out side I was refused water because I'm not a paying customer now it's my understanding that in the state of Arizona refusing water to someone is against the law and really un human like

This is a great Starbucks location. There is lots of seating and the staff is very helpful. I ordered a green tea and a breakfast sandwich. As usual most of their food is usually just preheated so it was just okay. But nobody really comes here for the food, the green tea was delicious and the people I was with enjoyed their coffee. It does get a little loud in here and echoes, but overall it's a great vibe because the staff in the morning was very friendly and the service was super quick.
Parking: This is a very easy Starbucks to park. It has plenty of parking spots and easily to access handicap spots
