Very low quality coffee. Old beans, poor aroma, inaccurate bean grind setting, over brewed, no flavor, but most importantly, WHO WANTS COFFEE FROM AN AUTOMATIC MICROCHIP CONTROLLED MACHINE????

The most disappointing Starbucks I’ve ever went to. Staff are very rude and helpless. There were at least 5 people waiting in line but staff just kept chatting with each other. The WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!

My favorite Starbucks in Phoenix. I live a block away and frequent here daily. My coffee is correct every time, which is amazing for the amount of customers they have being next to the sports venues(and for my tedious order). The one manager, Brenden, is always so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend mobile ordering so you don’t have to wait in line.

Worst Starbucks ever. Save your money don’t go here. The staff is horrible they were making fun of each other and putting whipped cream on the floor. I’d rather drink coffee at home than go to this place

Probably the worst Starbucks in Phoenix. For 3 days straight I’ve had to beg for service. Today one barista started a new cleaning task while the other continued stocking, rather than wait on me. U acceptable.

Order 2 drinks both hot but got one iced. I went ahead and just drank it. The weather is conducive to drinking cool drinks so i guess the Starbucks helped me out.
Day 2
Ordered a venti and got a grande had to ask the barista to give me the correct size. Two days two errors. Not sure this Starbucks has trained cashiers and Baristas. Sane person took order and made the coffee drink so not like there was a mixup in the transfer of the order!

A fairly new Starbucks w/a wide variety of products & services that change regularl (seasonal, etc). Friendly & helpful staff will assist u in your beverage selection if you r uneducated or unsure! It is slightly pricey in my opinion, however the beverages are top-notch and made to your perfection :)

Every time I come here the 2 girls that work there are slow and they are always chatting with each other or on the phone. Also when they make my drink it was so bland. The tables are always really dirty. I don't think I will be back to this location!

Very disappointed! Asked them to remake a caramel macchiato. still got it wrong. Filled with milk and creamer. Wasn’t worth telling them to remake it again if they couldn’t get it the 1st and 2nd time.
