We were at the airport headed home and we stopped at this pleasant coffee shop to sit and enjoy coffee drinks before we boarded our plane. The coffee was way better than what we would get on the plane, so smart move on our part.

Not sure why each employee was so rude… please note the sandwiches are $10+ at this location and they do not offer the usual filtered water. I ordered the egg pesto sandwich, when I was handed the turkey pesto sandwich I politely told them I had ordered the egg… the employee threw the sandwich in the trash as they walked away from me. The attitude was unnecessary in this casual misunderstanding. This is supposed to be the nicest airport??? NOPE, I will avoid this Starbucks next trip.

Yum! I love my matcha with cream foam. I miss the lavender as it was my favorite, but strawberry works as a substitute until the bring lavender back. The service at this location is excellent! Dene' was awesome and so sweet. With a welcoming and warm smile! Thank you!

Diego was nice and kind, I love this persons when I am traveling no matter the nationality, the country when I found someone that say hello in your language is like receive a hug from home. Remember always be nice to the travelers and wish them a good trip.

the girl at the register rung up me and my friends drink wrong and then charged us more than what we asked for and when we asked for a refund because they made our stuff wrong they told us they wouldn’t and refused to help us
I wish you carried dairy-free chocolate syrup for hot chocolate. Some Starbucks seem to have it and some don't. I come to this Starbucks every time I come to the airport to check in and see, and still nothing. It would be nice if you made dairy-free drinks with all your dairy-free milk for people like me!

Prices are outrageous. $9 for oat milk cold brew. Starbucks is expensive enough.
I asked for 2 petite scones at 1.80 each on the sign in the case. The total was $5.10. I asked how much airport tax? .40. So that's $4.00, right? No, they are $2.35 each. That's not what the sign says. Gen z useless employee with attitude..."I'm not the manager". I told her to keep them. Rude unhelpful. Starbucks needs better hires...but I'm done anyway. Does anyone manage a Starbucks? They can't even do the most basic retail thing...post the price and ring at the posted price.

The service was very quick and efficient despite it being in the airport. Everything came out tasting good and soft. The croissant was buttery and flaky, and the cranberry bliss bar was gooey and decadent.
