Pathetic excuse for a Starbucks experience. I waited over 12 minutes to get a dark roast black cup of coffee something that only requires a cup and a person to pull down a lever. Unreal! You might want to think about visiting a different store.

Its 50/50 regarding the staff. Lines are way too slow during peak hours. I waited 50 min (FIFTY MINUTES!) in the drive through line. I couldn't get out because I was already halfway through with cars behind me. Another time, I called just to ask "would you know roughly how long the wait would be?" The girl said "yea, so we're really backed up because of the by one get one so yea, you'll have to wait"...chill out, that wasn't helpful at all. I havent returned here since. Who wants to wait an hr to get 2 drinks...missed my appointment because of them the last time.They need to be better prepared/staffed during peak hours because they get flustered, rude, and the wait time is ridiculously long. Other than that, during the non-peak hours, everything is great.

The staff is rude I had ordered online mobile 15 min prior to going in the store and 1 of my drinks were not even done yet and I waited another 15 min while one of the baristas asked “what drinks are you waiting for there’s none here” while me and other people were waiting

I got a mocha frap and it didn't taste chocolately at all. It tastes like water. It even looks light when it should be darker. They put too much ice that I can't slurp it. I'm chewing the ice in the frap instead. Please do better.

I walked into the store when it was completely empty and not a single car in the drive through. I ordered a simple drink consisting of 2 ingredients and waited 15 minutes when I asked what the status was on the order. The girl said please be patient. It's only 2 of us. But there's no other customer in the store or in the drive-thru lane, I do not understand what I was waiting for. This is horrible, and I can't believe I actually waited at 15 minutes instead of just asking canceling and walking away.

I love this location. They make my venti salted caramel cold brew order the best compared to any other Starbucks location I’ve been to thus far. I’ve yet to try the lattes from this location but I will soon. The store looks great after the remodel!Parking: Front row parking and then a large lot right infront of the store.
