8/18/2026 Ordered a medicine ball, got to the window and was met with a beautiful smile and exceptional mannerism employee. I didn't wait to tap my card to add a tip, the employee was gladly ok that I didn't get to add a tip. She said no worries it's OK. I definitely wanted to with her great service but had no cash. I will be back.
Service is very inconsistent. The drinks are not consistent. The whipped cream has gotten runny consistency anymore,sometimes when we’ve ordered our sugar-free I think they’ve used regular. I just think they need to pay better attention to these drinks since they do cost so much.
If I could give more than a five star, I would Mikey was at the window and he definitely blue my visit out of the water. I have never been to a Starbucks where someone actually either cared about the person they were helping or really like their job. Everyone needs to be more like Mikey. He definitely was the best part of my visit.
