Another reminder of why I don’t like this location is because of the inaccuracy of my order and poor customer service experience. The poor experience always happens with the same employee. She might be a manager. I don’t know her name, but she has dark curly hair. She is always rude and defensive.

I honestly don't know why this Starbucks has as many bad reviews as it does. Everyone is always so nice! All times of the day, doesn't matter. My drink order is always right at this one too.

Hey Strbks. If a customer order is too crazy to make, takes more 5+ mins... park them or send them in. If you cannot make all of their food timely... park them and bring it out to them. DO NOT MAKE EVERYONE WAIT 15 MINS BEFORE ANY MOVEMENT. OF EACH CAR. I was 5 cars deep and waited 14 mins. I left & not sure how long it totaled. Another waste of time of my morning... again. I'm sure staff issues are plenty. You charge enough you should be paying well enough for staff to stay and hire decent people.

This is the third time I've mobile ordered a chocolate chip protein bar through drive thru and they've given me a peanut butter protein bar. It is frustrating being the label clearly says chocolate chip but they seem to rush every time and just grab the first protein bar there... then I have to walk back into the store and grab the right one, what was the point of mobile ordering it.. I've also had drinks made completely wrong from the recipe like the caramel apple spice. They made it with espresso and milk.. a drink that is supposed just be steamed apple juice, syrup, drizzle and some whip... This is the closet starbucks to me but I always seem to leave disappointed by something.

I've been coming here for awhile the staff is normally so kind and they move really quick .but today some young gentleman was taking my order at the drive through and he was being so rude and rushing me by saying "what else " in the middle of me speaking then when I pulled up we waited for about 5 minutes before we paid or anything so finally we decided to just leave because it was not worth waiting for.

(10/5) Went through the drive thru and only one worker… Tara (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing enough to let us know and give us a forewarning. Still in high spirits and a smile. It’s tough just having one person especially at night when sometimes 1 car turns into 6. Also, the coffee was bomb!

I ordered an iced Vente drink w/o ice because I drink it later and don't want it weak. When I drove up to the window the cup was HALF FILLED only. I was told that was all they could fill it w/o ice! Uh no! I had paid $7.53 for that drink. Perhaps if STARBUCKS stopped price gouging by filling our drinks with ICE to make more money? HORRIBLE!!! Stay away!

Prepare to get ignore, when you ask where your drink is..I waited 30 mins for a drink, we up to asked where my drink was (not busy btw) and was ignore 3 times and on the 4th time they said they “lost my sticker”I only come here to do my homework.. but the service here is rough, they’re very rude..
