Visited this location during graduation season for the 1st time and it wasn't a pleasant experienceThe girl at the counter probably was having a bad day but was very impatient while taking my order and while I was trying to pull out the app, after I finished my bite, I asked another employee for the bathroom's code, went to try, didn't work and when asking a second time the guy gives me attitude because I misheard him; would be nice if they get better trained in...
They often don't have drip coffee brewed, so they make you wait 10 minutes while they pour the super concentrated coffee into your cup as it's being brewed... Total gut bomb. This has happened to me 3 times now...Please just offer to make an Americano or give customers a heads up that it will be a while before the next batch is fully brewed and ready!
