I use to go here daily until my last Encounter with someone name alexis or alexia. This thing was so rude. I was a barista before fyi and I asked her why my shaken espresso looked like a latte. She threw attitude asap didn’t even give me a chance to reply rolled her eyes and her big back self huffing we will just remake it and disappeared. Then when she came back she came back with attitude and a nasty drink. I couldn’t even process the amount of disrespect done by this lil girl. Never have I ever gone to a Starbucks and got tried like this. Especially since we literally pay a premium for just buying Starbucks. I asked for the Gms information. As soon as I asked her her name oh she had a whole new outlook on life even smiled nicely not sarcasticly. I called and a supervisor told me he’d be in Sunday. I called and asked for him Sunday but he didn’t work that day. No one seems to know Williams schedule. So convenient. William I hope you address this hostile employee or you will start losing business. I hate now that I have to travel to a different location now since you guys are literally right next to me and normally your employees are wonderful and fun!

Each and everytime I walk into Starbucks i get the happy kid feeling. When you get your special drink or snack thats me with a big smile and ease of calmness. My coffee always makes my day! On to the next coffee.

I’m a daily SB girlie, and I’m here every weekend, pre-dog park. This is the quickest and most efficient drive-thru I go to. Staff are super friendly, and always ask if my dogs want a pup cup. Drinks are always perfect too.

These guys are awesome. My wife and I are here every day, this is the only store in the valley that I have found, that gets everything right, every time. We usually get the same thing, and they ask each time we pull up if we want our regular order. So awesome, looks good, tastes great, always super fast and super nice!
Absolutely absurd over charging for disgusting attempts at the regular menu… seriously mind blown at the trash they serve with a smile and immediate ignorance!!! Don’t waste your money here!!!
