I think for me the coffee was fine but the customer service could be a lot better, I'm not sure who the person working was but I know it was a woman and she was working on a Saturday morning.

I JUST went to this Starbucks at Safeway and the two young men were very, VERY polite and friendly and professional. Micheal made me the best Starbucks strawberry frappuccino I've ever had, and promises the next one I buy will be even better. We'll be back in 2 weeks. We'll see Micheal.... we shall see....

The worst experience I ever had in a Starbucks it was 8/22/2022 @ 1:18 pm my receipt number is 720617. When going through the drive through I waited 20 mins for a drink. This isn't a meal, the lady at the window took my payment and gave me one drink never came back to the window when another worker notice I was still there and asked me if they can help me and I said yes my other drink. They forgot about me

Haven't been in this store for a while. Immediately greeted by a very pleasant young man who took my order and had my 2 coffees in another few minutes. Seemed to be staffed well and all were busy preparing orders that I assume were for pick up. By the way, the coffees I received were excellent.

Average Starbucks experience. Was a lovely experience except when our barista was Alicia. She was always rude and I would avoid coming to this location if she was there.

I understand messing up a drink but when you tell them it's wrong and taste like it has no coffee and all they do is scrap off the whip cream. No. I walked out & drove to another Starbucks. Please do better.

Every time I order coffee or a pumpkin bread from this location, the coffee does not taste the same as other locations and I order the same thing. And they give me a muffin instead of bread. So frustrating to pay so much money for poor product. I think Starbucks needs to invest in training at this location!

I have been going to this Starbucks for years now. I typically recive great service here. today I ordered two black cold brews on the ap that said to arrive at 137. this gave me plenty of time to get to my appointment. after waiting until 155 I asked for help since my appointment involved getting my 20 year old cat who was waiting with car with my husband to his last vet appointment. the staff stopped stared at me and offer no assistance. I simply wanted my money refunded since I couldn't wait any longer. not even an apology for the wait. absolutely rude.

I walked in on a Tuesday morning. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. One thing that stood out to me was the layout of this location. At almost every bistro table, there was an electrical outlet. I have never seen double sinks located OUTSIDE the gender-neutral restrooms.

I payed $20 worth of drinks and forgot to order a water. Asked for one after the bill was rang up and had to pay the 25 cents for it. My card just worked perfectly and the machine wouldn’t take it. The cashier was incredibly rude about it. Her name is Alicia. I asked her if she was gonna charge for this and she refused to help. It’s 100 plus degrees in Phoenix AZ. This isn’t the first time that me and my coworkers have been treated poorly by her and this specific location. To be clear I have no problem paying for water. I had a problem with her rude tone to me and my coworkers again, and the complete lack of understanding.
